At SIS, we are committed to the privacy and security of our clients’ data by providing multiple layers of protection on the personal and financial information entrusted to SIS Business Suite.

Our clients have all the flexibility to invite unlimited users into their account to use their data, while the person, who is nominated by the client, is given the complete control over allowing or denying access and what they can or cannot do. Our client support staff cannot access any information unless the client solicits their help specifically. Please refer to our privacy policy for further information.

Access to the SIS Business Suite software is only allowed through a login and password.

All data that is shared between the client and SIS Business Suite is encrypted for protecting client personal and financial data. Not only this, it is further encrypted when it is transferred between data centers for backup and replication.

SIS Business Suite adopts multiple steps and measures for protecting our systems and client’s data. Multiple layers of security, protects access to and within our environment, including firewalls, intrusion protection systems and network segregation. SIS Business Suite’s security services are configured, monitored and maintained according to industry best practice.

SIS Business Suite is available 24/7 as and when you need it, regardless of the day or time, or where the client is located.

SIS Business Suite performs real-time data replication at our protected facilities, to ensure client’s data is available and safely stored. In case some unfortunate event occurs, such as an entire hosting facility failure, we can switch over quickly to a backup site to keep SIS Business Suite and client’s business running. All our data is securely transmitted duly encrypted.

We continuously enhance and improve SIS Business Suite, adding new features and performance improvements. Updates are shared frequently, without interrupting our service or disrupting users.
 
Majority of scammers use fictitious emails to get latched on to the targeted user. Although the security of SIS Business Suite is robust yet there can be risks involved when working online. Whether you’re shopping, banking, doing your accounts, or simply checking your email, cyber criminals are always on the lookout for ways to steal sensitive information.

All clients are advised to adopt certain precautions to reduce the risks and help keep away from adverse exposure.

If you suspect you’ve received a phishing or malicious email, and it says it’s from SIS Business Suite or uses SIS Business Suite’s logo, do not click on anything in the email – instead the matter may immediately be reported to us by forwarding the email to phishing@sisbizsuite.com.

If you receive a suspicious email, please follow the following steps invariably: make sure you:
  1. DO NOT CLICK on any link or attachment contained in the email.
  2. DO NOT REPLY to the email.
  3. Report the email by forwarding it to phishing@sisbizsuite.com if it is SIS Business Suite-branded.
  4. Delete the email.
  5. Update your anti-malware (anti-virus, anti-spyware) and run a full scan on your computer
